Widus Hotel Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Widus Hotel platform. By accessing or creating an account, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Widus Hotel platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Widus Hotel. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Access to Widus Hotel is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you declare that you meet this minimum age requirement. Widus Hotel does not knowingly permit persons under 18 to register or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. If it is discovered that an account has been created by or for a minor, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be forfeited pending review.
You must also ensure that online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction under applicable local laws. It is the user's sole responsibility to verify and comply with applicable laws before registering and using the platform. Widus Hotel makes no representation that the platform is accessible or legal in all jurisdictions.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the Widus Hotel platform. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulently created accounts will be subject to suspension without notice. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately. Widus Hotel will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login details. You agree not to share your password with any third party or allow others to access your account.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the Widus Hotel platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or promotional terms in bad faith.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with platform games or sportsbook markets.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions, bonuses, or referral programs.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on the Widus Hotel platform are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). By using the deposit function, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Widus Hotel reserves the right to request identity verification or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests.
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of the transaction. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment channel. Widus Hotel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial service providers. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are separate from and not absorbed by Widus Hotel.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Widus Hotel provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Widus Hotel will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from platform downtime, game interruptions, or errors in transaction processing caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including third-party system failures.
All content on the Widus Hotel platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, and software, is the intellectual property of Widus Hotel or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of platform content may result in legal action.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. Widus Hotel does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external service. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed entirely by their own terms.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
Widus Hotel reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at its sole discretion if there is reason to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or in a manner that may cause harm to other users or the platform. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, account balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation concludes that a breach occurred.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, outstanding eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts with pending bonus conditions may have those conditions reviewed prior to final settlement.
Widus Hotel may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform, and the most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
